1. Services

We provide website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services specifically for senior care facilities. The scope of services depends on your selected subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Premium) as described on our pricing page.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Monthly billing: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
• Annual billing: If you choose annual billing, you receive two months free. Annual plans renew automatically.
• No setup fees: There are no upfront setup fees for any subscription plan.
• Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Your website will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• After cancellation, your website will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of service, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including text, photos, logos, and other materials ("Your Content").

• You grant us a license to use Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• You represent that you have the right to use all content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
• Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of Your Content within the 30-day retention period.

6. Our Responsibilities

• We will build and deliver your website within the timeframe specified for your plan.
• We will maintain your website's hosting, security (SSL), and uptime during your active subscription.
• We will respond to support requests within one business day.
• We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Domain Names

If you purchase a domain through us or transfer an existing domain, you retain full ownership of that domain. We will facilitate transfer of the domain to you or another registrar upon request at any time, including after cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
